1. GENERAL TERMS
This agreement is governed by Greek Law.
The renter declares that he has read, understood and accepts all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the selected insurance or caused by a violation of the terms.
2. INSURANCE COVERAGES
The selected coverage is described in detail on the front page.
Exclusions and limitations apply as stated.
The insurance benefits apply only to the rented vehicle and do not extend to personal belongings.
BASIC INSURANCE
Basic Insurance includes third party liability coverage according to the applicable Greek legislation.
In case of damage or accident, the renter remains fully responsible for the total damage cost of the rented vehicle.
Damage to tires, rims, windows, mirrors, undercarriage, interior parts, as well as loss or damage of keys, is not covered.
FULL INSURANCE WITH EXCESS 500€
Full Insurance with excess 500€ limits the renter’s financial liability in case of vehicle damage up to the amount of 500€.
The coverage is valid only if the rental terms are respected and there is no negligence or violation of the Greek Traffic Code.
Damage to tires, rims, windows, mirrors, undercarriage, interior parts, as well as loss or damage of keys, is not covered.
FULL INSURANCE WITH EXCESS 0€
Full Insurance with zero excess releases the renter from damage costs to the vehicle in case of accident or collision.
The coverage is not valid in cases of negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of the Greek Traffic Code, or off-road driving.
Damage to tires, rims, undercarriage, interior parts, and loss of keys are not covered.
SUPER COVER
The Super Cover package provides the maximum available coverage and significantly reduces the renter’s financial liability.
It includes coverage for damages occurring during the rental period, always according to the terms of the rental agreement.
The coverage is not valid in cases of gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorized drivers, or violation of the Greek Traffic Code.
3. PAYMENTS
Prices are per day and include VAT.
The charge applies for the entire rental period.
The deposit and security are refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided there are no outstanding amounts.
Additional charges (e.g. late return, damages, cleaning) will be charged to the renter.
4. RENTER OBLIGATIONS
The vehicle must be driven only by the renter or the authorized drivers.
The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose.
Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Do not exceed speed limits and obey the traffic rules.
Do not participate in races or tests.
Keep the vehicle in good condition and return it clean and with the same fuel level.
5. RETURN OF VEHICLE
The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time and location.
Late return is subject to additional charges: delay over one (1) hour may be charged an extra one (1) day.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition of cleanliness and with the same fuel level.
6. EXCLUSIONS (INDICATIVE)
Damage to tires, rims, windows, mirrors, lights.
Damage to the undercarriage.
Loss or damage of keys.
Damage caused by negligence, traffic violations, or off-road driving.
Damage to the interior of the vehicle.
7. CANCELLATION
Company's cancellation terms apply.
In case of cancellation by the customer, part or all of the deposit may be retained.
8. DISPUTES
The Courts of Greece are exclusively competent to resolve any dispute arising from this agreement.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND CANCELLATION OF INSURANCE COVERAGE.
